We reserve the right to periodically update these terms for reasons such as modifications to our products or services, as well as technical or legal considerations, or changes to the overall needs of our business. We kindly request your agreement to notify us immediately and cease any further access or use of our services, should you disagree with any amendments made to our terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining our standards of service. When you place an order for an auto mechanical service by phone, the latest version of these terms will be applicable to the contract between you and us for the provision of booking and payment processing services related to the auto services you have booked. We take the protection of our customers and their interests seriously and strive to make the process as streamlined and efficient as possible. Panda Mobile Mechanic is a trading name of our company. These Terms establish a legally binding agreement between yourself and our company. This agreement governs your use of the Panda Mobile Mechanic services. By using the services offered by Panda Mobile Mechanic, you accept and agree to abide by these terms and our Booking Policies.

Please kindly take note of the following important points:

Our liability to you is limited under sections 3 and 4 of the Terms and conditions.

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any issues with the performance of auto services, as it is the responsibility of the mobile mechanic, not us. This is outlined in section 4 of the Terms and conditions.

Definitions:

Auto services = any repair, maintenance, diagnostic and inspection services, bought from the mobile mechanics, under an appointment confirmation fee paid to Panda Mobile Mechanic

Booking policies = our booking terms and conditions. These policies contain important information applicable to all bookings. This includes details on appointment confirmation fees, cancellation policies and any additional costs that may apply. We advise you to review these policies carefully before making a booking with us, to ensure you are fully aware of the terms and conditions that apply.

Mobile mechanic = a professional who provides auto services independent of Panda Mobile Mechanic. These auto services are promoted through the Panda Mobile Mechanic website (www.pandamobilemechanic.uk).

Please be advised that we operate as a third-party booking agency, facilitating your connection with a Mobile mechanic. It is important to note that all the Mobile mechanics are independent contractors and not employees of our company. They operate under their own business names and have control over their own work schedules. Any agreements pertaining to the scope of work, payment terms, warranties (if applicable), or any disputes that may arise, such as discrepancies in charges, parts used, or the quality of repairs, are the sole responsibility of the independent Mobile mechanic. We, as the booking agency, do not have any authority or involvement in resolving such matters or issuing refunds. If necessary, we can provide you with the contact information of the independent Mobile mechanic who provided the Auto service. We can assist you in locating reliable and efficient mobile car repair services. Our purpose is to offer a seamless experience to customers seeking assistance with their vehicles. With our easy-to-use phone booking system and extensive network of mobile mechanics, we aim to deliver high-quality service to all our clients. Our platform is tailored to meet your specific needs, whether you require urgent assistance or a scheduled appointment at your convenience. Our team works tirelessly to ensure that our website is always up-to-date to provide the best user experience. Panda Mobile Mechanic has been created with the intention of providing you with the opportunity to make a booking for auto services with a mobile mechanic. Panda Mobile Mechanic serves as a gateway that bridges independent mobile mechanics with individuals actively seeking for auto services. Please be advised that Panda Mobile Mechanic does not directly provide auto services, but rather offers support to customers in finding the suitable mobile mechanic, depending on their specific needs. Once the customer confirms their booking by paying the appointment confirmation fee to Panda Mobile Mechanic, the auto services are bought directly from the mobile mechanic and not from Panda Mobile Mechanic. Panda Mobile Mechanic prides itself in facilitating the connection between the mobile mechanic and the customer and ensuring their needs are effectively catered for.

Our website promotes a series of repair, diagnostic, and inspection services that are carried out by independent mobile mechanics. We take our responsibility seriously, which is to provide details of auto services and related pricing information, arrange bookings and collect appointment confirmation fees from our clients. It is important to note that we cannot be held responsible for the actions or failures of any mobile mechanic with whom a booking is made, and we also do not have any control over the repair, diagnostic, and inspection services they provide. Our primary goal is to ensure that our clients have access to a range of auto services that meet their needs. Please be aware that the auto services offered are provided by the mobile mechanic and not by Panda Mobile Mechanic. Panda Mobile Mechanic solely acts as the intermediary, managing your booking, processing appointment confirmation fees and connecting you with the mechanic. As such, the information offered by the mechanic, as well as the provision of the auto services, are the sole responsibility of the mobile mechanic, and Panda Mobile Mechanic does not bear any responsibility in this regard. The mobile mechanics are not employed directly by Panda Mobile Mechanic. They are not our employees. Hence, each of them is responsible for the quality of their own work.

We always aim to connect you with Mobile mechanics local to the area where the Auto service is needed. However, in the event that no local Mobile mechanics are available to attend the appointment at the desired time and date, we reserve the right to put you in contact with Mobile mechanics from farther afield.

Booking Policies:

Please be informed that once the appointment confirmation fee has been paid (if applicable), it is considered as full and final payment. In the event that the client cancels the scheduled appointment, kindly note that the appointment confirmation fee is non-refundable. Panda Mobile Mechanic prides itself in being able to complete the service to your satisfaction. However, if for any reason Panda Mobile Mechanic is unable to deliver the service, that is if Panda Mobile Mechanic is unable to facilitate the client’s connection with a mobile mechanic and/or the appointment is not attended by the mobile mechanic, Panda Mobile Mechanic will ensure that a full refund of the appointment confirmation fee is issued upon request from the client.

As a condition of using our service, your contact details may be shared with the independent Mobile mechanic. This is to ensure that the Mobile mechanic may contact you directly to provide you with the necessary Auto services you require. Please note that this information will be shared solely for the purposes of ensuring that the Auto services you require are successfully provided. It is important to notify you that under certain circumstances, we may have to cancel scheduled appointments due to reasons beyond our control, such as unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, it is our commitment to provide a full refund of the Appointment confirmation fee paid in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Payments for auto services:

Please note that the auto services are bought directly from the mobile mechanic and not Panda Mobile Mechanic. When it comes to determining charges for the auto service that you need, we use a range of factors including your location, car model, type and age, the timeframe between your booking request and the scheduled service, as well as the availability of parts both locally and nationally. Our calculations are based on carefully gathered data from a variety of sources, such as industry-leading parts supplier, and on the information provided to us by the mobile mechanics.

Prior to initiating any repair work, it is the responsibility of the client to review and confirm the pre-agreed hourly rate and cost of parts with the assigned mobile mechanic for the appointment. It is important to us that our clients are fully informed and aware of the financial commitment they are consenting to before proceeding with repair work. Our team of mobile mechanics are happy to provide any clarification and answer any questions on the pricing structure to ensure complete transparency and satisfactory resolution.

Conduct and Anti-Social Behaviour

Anti-social behaviour covers many types of behaviour that vary in nature and severity, many of which are open to interpretation.

We take reports of anti social behaviour seriously and will always consider the impact it has on victims and communities and tailor our response accordingly. When investigated as anti-social behaviour, the action taken must be both reasonable and proportionate, taking into account all the facts of the complaint and the victim. There will often be difficult decisions to make at times, which may mean that the action taken is not considered adequate by the victim. However, the reasons why decisions have been made in all circumstances will be explained. If at any time, the independant mobile mechanic as offered a partial refund (labour costs are non-refundable) as long as any of the issues listed below are not taken place, in which if this is the case, no refund will be offered and the job completion is satisifed and no longer will be taken any further.

Issues that could constitute as anti-social behaviour include (this is by no means an exhaustive list);

Intimidation and/or threatening behaviour

Vandalism, graffiti and other deliberate damage to property or vehicles

Arson

We will not tolerate any verbal or physical intimidation or threatening behaviour towards ourselves or our independant mobile mechanics. The mobile mechanic has the sole discretion to any further action regarding the work and/or local law enforcement authorities involvement if such incident occur.
